RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Strazzeri v. Ventnor, et al, Docket No. ATL-L-794-18.
2. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved McDowell v. Ventnor, et al, Docket No. ATL-L-793-18.
3. Any settlement agreements or releases that resolved Francisco O'Neill's third-party claims against Atlanticcare Regional and other third-party defendants.
4. For Lt. Frank O'Neill his "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10). I realized that you provided this information previously, but I wanted to see if has changed given that a few months have elapsed.

I was able to obtain the attached today:
The two attachments contain documentation we believe is responsive to OPRA request we received on July 31, 2023. We were able to pull the settlement agreement/release for McDowell v Ventnor and Strazzeri v Ventnor.
We do not have anything responsive for request #3 – settlement agreement for Francisco O'Neill's third-party claims against Atlantic Care Regional and other third-party defendants.
Regarding #4 there has been no changes from what was originally sent.
- Frank O’Neill is Lieutenant of Police assigned to patrol as a shift commander. His salary is $129,346.00 and he has served for 22 years .
This should satisfy your request.
