Records requested: I am looking for all information related to 12 park street’s Septic Tank. This was found during a sweep. According to chapter 670, all tanks should have been properly abandoned prior to Public sewage hook up. Please provide all historical documents related to this tank as this house is currently a public system.

Ok. Is there documents that indicate if the property was in fact a septic over a cesspool? Also, what year did the property hook up to the public line?
