Separation Agreement, resignation letter and Section 10 information

BACKGROUND:
In response to a previous OPRA request, the County disclosed that Assistant County Counsel Frank Kapusinski had resigned on March 10, 2023.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. Any separation or other form of agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions of Mr. Kapusinski's resignation.
2. Mr. Kapusinski's letter of resignation.
3. For the person who now serves as counsel for the Bergen County Ethics Board, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
The County is in receipt of your request below and offers the following response:
1. The County is not in possession of any documents responsive to your request as it does not exist.
2. The County is not in possession of any documents responsive to your request as it does not exist.
3. Frank Tortora, Assistant County Counsel, $109,371, employed since 9/15/20
