Separation Agreement
Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.
BACKGROUND:
In your most recent OPRA response you told me that Bret Mueller was still working for the Borough. I am informed, however, that he is not actually showing up for work which causes me to suspect that there may be an agreement between him and the Borough (separate and apart from the lawsuit settlement agreement that you previously provided) providing for him to be getting paid without actually reporting for tours of duty.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
Any separation, termination or other agreement that fits the description set forth in "Background" above.
Bret Mueller is currently using accrued time off. There is no agreement.
