BACKGROUND:

In your most recent OPRA response you told me that Bret Mueller was still working for the Borough. I am informed, however, that he is not actually showing up for work which causes me to suspect that there may be an agreement between him and the Borough (separate and apart from the lawsuit settlement agreement that you previously provided) providing for him to be getting paid without actually reporting for tours of duty.
