Copy of all Send-Receive Agreements between Jamesburg School District (Board of Ed) and the Monroe Township School District (Board of Ed) including but not limited to any Amendments and/or Addendums. More specifically, I'm looking for the Send-Receive Agreement execute in 1978 or 1979 to allow Jamesburg High School students to attend Monroe Township High School.
Any Send-Receive Agreements prior to 1978 whereby Monroe was paying Jamesburg Tuition if any to attend Jamesburg High School.
2011 Send-Receive Agreement between Jamesburg and Monroe Township Schools.
Any court orders, board resolutions, complaints, or rulings issued in reference to the debt service and/or send-receive agreement between Jamesburg School District and Monroe Township School District, including that of 2014.
Any correspondence between Monroe Township Schools Board of Education, Business Administrator, and the Jamesburg Schools Board of Education and Business Administrator regarding tuition and transportation costs from Jamesburg to Monroe High School.

Dear Ms. Kaiser,
The Board is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act requests received on March 7, 2022. Your requests require additional time to respond due to the significant demands placed on the District with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic and the complexity of the request. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i). Specifically, OPRA states that “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.” Accordingly, your request requires an extension of time until March 30, 2022.

Thank you for your response.
I received the following documents:
1. The Send-Receive Tuition Calculation Worksheets for the year 2021-22.
2. The May 20, 2015 Decision of the Commissioner of Education regarding the Settlement Agreement
3. The April 10, 2015 Administrative Law Decision remanding for Board approval.
4. The Settlement Agreement dated October 23, 2014 regarding the debt service and tuition.
5. The Jamesburg Board of Education Resolution approving the Settlement Agreement dated January 28, 2015.
6. Monroe's Board Secretary's Certification that the Monroe Township Board of Education approved the Settlement Agreement dated October 15, 2014
7. The January 31, 2022 Letter from Scott Henry, NJ DoE Director of Office Finance, certifying per pupil costs for Monroe Township Students.
8. An unsigned chronicled account of the relationship between Monroe and Jamesburg.
9. An unsigned summary of the collaboration between the two districts.
If possible, please verify the author of numbers 8-9 by having them sign and date the documents in their official capacity. It should be noted that the two chronologies that were provided were extremely thorough and very helpful to my research.
Also, the requested Send-Receive Agreement between Monroe and Jamesburg has not been included in this response. Please provide, if available, all Send-Receive agreements between the districts including its amendments which enumerate the rights and obligations of the parties. If a formal Send-Receive agreement was never entered into between the parties, then please so advise. If there is an agreement, but it can not be located, please advise as well.
After that is done, I will consider this request fulfilled.
