1. All semi-annual reports from TNR Committee to the Township Code Official as required by Ordinance 3494 Section 5B-4, years 2019-present.
2. Copy of Belleville's agreement with its Animal Control Provider as referenced in Ordinance 3494 Section 5B-1.

The purpose of the request is to study different types of programs that are currently in place in NJ towns and to see if my organization's voucher program is a potential aid to residents of Belleville.

As the original request states (along with the applicable ordinance), I am seeking copies of reports that your town is required to maintain of meetings held by the TNR Committee along with a copy of your town's contract with its Animal Control provider.

Thank you for the response. I received a copy of the veterinary services contract between Belleville and People for Animals.
Is a copy of the animal control contract between Belleville and its animal control provider available? People for Animals is not the animal control provider but a spay/neuter clinic.
