RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. For Police Officer Frank Hackler, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor" as well as "the amount and type of any pension received." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
2. If Hackler separated from his employment, please provide any separation agreement or other writing that sets forth the terms and conditions of his separation from employment.

Dear Ms. Mitch:
I don't believe that your August 24, 2023 response is fully responsive to my request. No. 2 of my request was for: "If Hackler separated from his employment, please provide any separation agreement or other writing that sets forth the terms and conditions of his separation from employment." OPRA requires custodians to address each element of an OPRA request.
If there are no documents responsive to No. 2 of my request, please state so. If there are one or more responsive documents, please disclose them or advise me of the rationale for their suppression
