Dear Cranbury Township,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:
1) statements, reports, documents, or records sufficient to show the names of all seasonal employees hired by the Cranbury Township Recreation Department for the years 2000-2005, as well as their hourly pay rate and total number of hours worked for each calendar year.

Per your OPRA request, attached please find information from 2003-2005.
We are unable to provide any payroll records prior to 2003 without
accessing our archives, which are kept offsite. The off-site retrieval
fee per box is $ 38.00 (which is listed on our OPRA Request Form). Please
advise if you would like us to review our archives and advise
approximately how many boxes would need to be retrieved to attempt to
access these records. A deposit may be imposed prior to the retrieval of
the off-site records to ensure payment.
I request your response no later than March 13^th. If we do not receive a
response within that timeframe, we will consider this OPRA complete and
closed.
Feel free to contact me if you should need anything further.
