This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all records, created from 01-Mar-2019 up to and including 18-Jan-2023, held by the Borough which mention Seaside Beach Bar, LLC and/or the business located at 2 Boardwalk, Seaside Heights, New Jersey 08751, United States. These requested records may include but are not limited to:
- mercantile records
- alcohol licensing records (including but not limited to license # 1526-33-018-009)
- Borough Council records (including but not limited to Resolution No. 22-235)

Dear Mr. Neher,
Please be advised that with an OPRA request you must be specific and identify the exact documents you are requesting. With that said, I copied our liquor license file between 01-Mar-2019 and 18-Jan-2023. Also, when a business has a liquor license they are not required to hold a mercantile license.
In addition, because the records you sought had redactable information according to N.J.S.A. 47: 1A-1.1, copies were made, and as such, before I can release this information to you, you will need to remit a check to the Borough of Seaside Heights in the amount of $11.85 for copying charges. If you would then like me to email your documents to you once I receive the check I can do so, or I can mail the documents to you with an extra postage charge of $10.45 (for a total of $22.30).
