School Administrator Standard Residency Agreement

Records requested:
-The School Administrator Standard Agreement between Chari Chanley and the Monroe Township (Middlesex County) Hiring School District issued during the 2021-2022 school year.
-A copy of the Provisional School Administrator Certificate issued to Chari Chanley by the NJ Department of Education, issued during the 2021-2022 school year.
-Any and all certificates filed with the Department of Education issued to "Chari Chanley," or "Charii Chanley" or "Chari R. Chanley," any time between 2003-2022.

Attached please find records responsive to parts 1 and 3 of your request.
The records have been redacted to protect reasonable expectations of
privacy relative to personal information, including social security
numbers, pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq. The Department of Education does
not make or maintain records responsive to part 2 of your request.
Accordingly, that part of your request is denied. Please note, the
Department of Education does not maintain copies of certificates. The
records we are providing list all of Ms. Chanley’s certificates and
include information about the provisional School Administrator
Certificate.
A receipt indicating that your request has been closed, is also attached.
