List of municipal liens attached (only one).  To my knowledge we have
never assigned a lien, but if he is interested, he can reach out to the
Council.

In response to #2 and #3, for a list of Bankruptcies and Foreclosures, we
do not maintain a list unless those properties affect the borough, and
there are none.  

In response to #1, our municipal attorney advised that we are unable to
provide such a list of vacant and abandoned properties since releasing
lists of vacant properties could make them vulnerable to vandalism and
thefts.
