This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law

On July 26, I requested certain records regarding the SBIG program. The
records through July 31 2022 were provided in part on August 18, 2022.
Herein, requestor seeks an update for the same grant applications as of
the close of business on August 31, 2022.

 

Requestor seeks an updated spreadsheet showing the current status for the
grant applications listed below.  Requestor seeks the grant number, name,
address, contact person name, opportunity zone status, date and
application was submitted, date application was sent out for review, date
due back from review, date application actually completed review, current
status.

 

This request will be resubmitted monthly unless the NJEDA website is
updated to reflect the status of the above referenced data points and
subject to public inspection.
