This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Records associated with Complaint 21-10-08-1520-56 dated October 8, 2021 regarding unregulated activity by Save Barnegat Bay, 117 Haines Road, Toms River, NJ adjacent to Long Swamp Creek and the associated buffers including:
1. Records of communications between property owner/possessor and the NJDEP. and
2. Records regarding inspections (including records of any virtual inspections, photographs soil borings ), results of inspections, and enforcement actions.
3. Existing permits on the property,
The response to my previous request did not include records of correspondence between property owner/possessor and the NJDEP or records regarding inspections, the result of inspections and enforcement actions.
