The records you're requesting aren't maintained by the NJDEP. You will have to submit a OPRA request to the NJDOT. I an not exactly sure how to do that, but you may want to start with the link below:

I apologize DOT has a TAP program also. I have submitted your request manually. You should use the tracking number 331990 when checking on the status of your request. Your should receive a response to your request by 3/22/23.
