In response to your follow-up requests, there are no additional documents responsive to your OPRA request for the above. You received all responsive records regarding this OPRA request for salaries for the Manager, Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer. You should refer to the salary ordinances provided in the response, which provided the annual salaries for years 2016 through 2023, as requested. The salary scale for the Municipal Manager and Non-Union Employees are kept in formats most appropriate for accurate recordkeeping by the Finance Department; therefore, they may not be the same.
The Reviewer provided you the salary ordinances which highlighted the positions, salaries, dates of step increases and annual increases for each year for both the Comptroller and CFO positions for clarification. The Comptroller position was last highlighted in 2016. The Municipal Manager's salary scale was satisfied. The salary schedules were provided as to your record request. Therefore, this OPRA request has been fulfilled, as there are no additional responsive records regarding your request.
