Please accept this as Rowan’s completed response to your November 5, 2025, OPRA request (below) wherein you sought Rowan University's investments in private equity and hedge funds. Please be advised that Rowan University does not invest in hedge funds or private funds. Attached is a report with Rowan University's Investment Funds.

OPRA requires a response within seven business days which is November 14, 2025. This response is being provided today, November 13, 2025, and is a full response to your OPRA request. Rowan University will close this request unless you advise otherwise.

Dear Rowan University,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

We are requesting this portfolio information for all private equity funds and hedge funds that Rowan University invests with. Please provide the most updated information possible. I am requesting the portfolio information including the dollar amounts and names for each asset, including company names for stocks.

This request has previously been fulfilled. I am simply requesting updated information.
