On the August 4, 2021 borough solicitors billing invoice (invoice 15281), there is an entry dated July 1, 2021, in which the solicitor reviews a document named "Rowan Complaint". I am requesting a copy of that specific document (Rowan Complaint). I ask that any personal identification information, i.e. address, telephone numbers, etc., be redacted so as to protect that information. I also ask for any source documents showing how this complaint was received by the officials of the borough of Buena i.e. email, postal mail, etc.
