Hello Mr. Orfe,
OPRA Requests are for requesting specific records/documents. Once a document/record is identified and retrieved it is forward to the requestor. We do not create documents for requestors. Again, I indicated that no ROW and Pavement Conditions Maps exist for 2021 and 2022. All ROW and Pavement Conditions maps which we have, have been provided to you previously.
