Records requested:

Looking to obtain a copy of the dated and signed Rochelle Parks open space application form. Also looking for the letter of intent sent in by Administrator Terhune. The notice in published newspapers did not match what they claim they are asking for.

At township meetings back in March it was said application was sent in. No notice was published.

April they claimed application was submitted.

Next it was said letter of intent was submitted.

The plan has changed and residents want to be sure of exactly what the town is looking to do.
