Road closures on Sunset Rd due to flooding

I hope you can help me. I am seeking information on the dates/numbers of road closures near the Daube Farm/Old Crawfor House on Sunset for flooding issues. Perhaps for the last 10 years.
We have a concern about the proposed detox center in the old Crawford House and the ability for emergency vehicles to access the property after a hard rain. As a resident of Elm Dr., I have experienced many Sunset Road closures.
