Retail Food Inspections
Dear Bergen County,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All retail food inspection reports from 1/1/2022-7/1/2022 for Bergen County. If it helps narrow your search, I am only looking for all retail food locations, date of inspection, and any violations they had.
To my knowledge, I could not find a full listing already available online. I know that Gloucester county posts their reports here (https://nj.healthinspections.us/gloucest...). If there is a similar tool for Bergen county with all reports being public, please let me know and I can use that instead.

Please be advised that the County of Bergen is not in possession of any
documents responsive to your request. The requested records are maintained
at the municipal level and you will have to contact each municipality
directly to inquire into same.
