Good afternoon Joel Caplan:
 
Your reference to a "denial" is unclear.  The University did not deny your
request - under OPRA or the common law.
 
Your request sought "public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access" for "the resumes of applicants for the position of
adjunct professor of criminal justice Between the period of January 1,
2017, and December 15, 2020". Per the University's response on December
23, 2020 to OPRA Request 121520-1, the Index stated "The University does
not have responsive records to the stated request."
