I am writing to request an internal review of Neptune City Borough's
handling of my OPRA request 'Results of the environmental study on East
Coast ice property'.

The mayor spoke of a complete enviromental study of the property at a
council meeting when questioned about the project.  I would like to see
that.  This request is long overdue .
