Dear Winslow Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
1. Results of any studies or surveys of HVAC systems at all schools and at Transportation Garage since August 30, 2020.
2. All purchase orders for HVAC maintenance or installations since September 1, 2020.
3. Any and all logs and reports of completed HVAC maintenance work by district employees or outside contractors since September 1, 2020.
4. Any purchase orders for engineering controls for COVID-19, such as plexiglass barriers, ventilation systems, air sanitizers, or any other equipment since August 1, 2020. Installation/maintenance records for same if equipment has been delivered and installed.
