4. Information on fines, penalties, or fees associated with the violations/summonses.
5. Copies of any stop work orders or vacate orders issued for the property.
6. Inspection reports, photographs or other documentation supporting the violations.
7. Court hearing dates scheduled regarding the violations/summonses if applicable.
