Dear Demetrius,

The Old Bridge Township Records Custodian received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on February 3, 2020. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is February 13, 2020. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
"Residential properties that have been issued code violations (ie. tall grass/weeds, etc) from November 2 2019-February 2 2020."

Please be advised that the code enforcement department has advised that the software program does not allow the itemization of violations or to itemize months in sequences as requested so cannot provide the OPRA request response.
