Residential Flooding Issues/ NJDEP
Dear Alpha Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. Emails between Dunwell and NJDEP pertaining to Homa Lane flooding issue- January 2016-March 11, 2021.
2. Emails between Dunwell and members of Alpha Town Council regarding Homa Lane flooding and 1805 Springtown Road flooding concerns- January 2018-date.
3. Emails between Dunwell and Remington and Vernick Engineers regarding Homa Lane flooding and 1805 Springtown Road flooding- January 2018-date
4. Emails between Alpha Council members and Remington and Vernick regarding Homa Lane drainage and flooding- Jan 2018-date
5. Emails between Councilwoman J Smith and Chief Stettner regarding Springtown Road traffic concerns and requested monthly police reports - January 2019-date.

Please note that Council has sent us what they have, however, we are still waiting for Mayor Dunwell to send us his records. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As soon as we receive them and have our Attorney review them, we will get them to you immediately. Also, please note that there are no records responsive to #5 in your request. Thank you!
