please send any CAD / dispatcher / police journal entry records, dispatch recordings, 911 tapes, any dispatch calls, images, audio recordings, video recordings, incident reports, aided reports, operations reports, investigation reports, copies written warnings, documentation of verbal warnings, tickets issued, citations issued, summonses issued, charge sheets, arrest reports, disposition of charges, witness statements, written statements, victim's statements, victim's reports, civilian completed incident report, civilian reported incident statement, patient care reports, fire department response reports, sobriety test results, crash reports, vehicle reports, damage reports, CDR1 forms, CDR2 forms, booking forms referencing any of the following terms: century road, farview ave, Lawrence drive, harmon drive, vandalism, vehicle incidents, gang activity, organized crime, or Paramus High School on April 25 or 26 2015 or I-2015-018090, I-2015-018131 , CC-2015-001107 at any given time.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
