As you are aware, I am the Business Administration for the Galloway
Township Board of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises
the schools of the Galloway Township School District (the “District”). As
such, I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated July 24, 2024, which
sought the following:

Requestor's entire unredacted H.R. file. Any email or any other document,
unredacted, maintained by the district or the Reeds Rd School in which the
requestor's name is included.

I am including the documents responsive to your request. Please be advised
that while personnel records such as the ones requested are typically
excluded from production pursuant to OPRA same are being provided to you
pursuant to the Common Law Right of Access and not OPRA as you have simply
requested your own personnel file to which you are entitled.
