Requesting Information of the NJSEM

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A copy of the SEM Entity Insurance coverage policy from January 2017 to date of response.
Invoices and cancelled checks for all amounts including compensation fees paid on EPL/POL and cyber security policies from January 1, 2017 to date of response.
Documents sufficient to show the salary or compensation of all State Reps and Alternate Reps, such as contracts, employment agreements or salary resolutions from January 1, 2017 to date of response.
Documents sufficient to show the salary or compensation of all appointed officials, such as contracts, employment agreements or salary resolutions from January 1, 2017 to date of response.
The NJSEM annual budgets, showing receipts and expenditures, for each of the last three fiscal years.
All invoices, checks, purchase orders, and remittances, paid by the Borough of Collingswood to NJSEM from January 1, 2017 to date of response

Could you please confirm to me that your request is directed entirely to the SEM and not to the Municipal Excess Liability Fund (MEL)? Its addressed to the MEL but most of the documents appear to be for the SEM.
