Requesting information of the Camden County Municipal JIF
Dear Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A copy of the contracts, Business Entity Disclosure Certification and Political Contribution Disclosure forms for QBE Specialty Insurance, Indian Harbor Insurance Company, and Beazley Insurance Company for the year 2020.
2. Invoices or cancelled checks for all amounts including compensation fees paid on Non-Owned Aircraft Liability, Educator's Legal Liability and Volunteer Directors & Officers Liability from January 1, 2019 to date of response.
3. Records of all payment to the firms of Blumberg & Wolk, LLC and Florio, Perruci, Steinhardt & Cappelli from January 1, 2019 to date of response.
