Dear Camden City,

I'm requesting information on an out-of-court settlement made between the Camden County Police Dept and Derrick Gallashaw and David Holmes. The two men had a court date of August 17, 2020 to address summonses issued them at the end of July by Officer Thang Ngo for loitering with intent. After those charges were dismissed, they were given some amount of money in exchange for a promise not to sue. Would like details of settlement, including amount of money involved.
