If a special service charge will apply to reproduction of any oversized drawings or maps, please notify me of the estimated cost for my approval before those charges are incurred.

While logging in your OPRA request, I discovered that there is no property
in Randolph listed as 16 Mostyn Road. The Tax Assessor noted that Mostyn
Road only has numbers 10 and 18. Therefore, you will need to clarify the
property address in which you are seeking records.

I'm sorry, but our Tax Assessor informed me that there is no such property
in Randolph. He even looked it up by the last name, Quam, and found no
records. Therefore, if you do not have a different property address, then
there are no records pursuant to your request. Please let me know if you

16 Mostyn Road is no longer an address, correct. Their property was bought and sold to a developer who demolished the house and put in a new development/road - Matthew Court - around 2004/2005. This is a FORMER address and I am looking for any documents relating to an address that is no longer an address, as it was purchased and turned into a new development. You can verify the address by looking up any information on Egil Leonard Quam who built and sold that house.
