and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an

drawings, construction plans, photos, blueprints, plot plans and
surveys, building permit applications and permits, and certificates of
occupancy associated with the original construction of the single-family
dwelling formerly located at this address (for Mr. Egil Quam), as well
as any records relating to its subsequent demolition. If any responsive
records exist in electronic or microfilm format, I request that they be
provided as PDF or scanned electronic copies. If a special service
charge will apply to reproduction of any oversized drawings or maps,
please notify me of the estimated cost for my approval before those
charges are incurred.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by
E-mail as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.
 If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to
that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Good afternoon,

While logging in your OPRA request, I discovered that there is no property
in Randolph listed as 16 Mostyn Road. The Tax Assessor noted that Mostyn
Road only has numbers 10 and 18. Therefore, you will need to clarify the
property address in which you are seeking records.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but our Tax Assessor informed me that there is no such property
in Randolph. He even looked it up by the last name, Quam, and found no
records. Therefore, if you do not have a different property address, then
there are no records pursuant to your request. Please let me know if you
have any alternate property address.

Hello,

Although our Tax Assessor does not have any records related to this

for 16 Mostyn Road (historical Block 53, Lot 56). In the attached records,
personal phone numbers, social security numbers, and federal employee ID
numbers were redacted per NJSA 47:1A-1 – “personal identifying
