I am requesting Tax delinquent properties up to the month of April 2018 dating seven years and back to 2012 and also a list of vacant properties.

In response to your request made pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public
Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A, the attached record(s) that was (were)
identified as responsive to your request. NOTE: The Tax Collection
department attached the current delinquent file which consists of 2018 and
current 2019 delinquencies. We hold an annual tax sale to collect prior
year delinquencies, therefore there are no responsive records for the
years 2012-2017.
