Home is under contract for sale. My office represents the buyer in connection with the purchase of the property mentioned above.
Requesting the following; -All open and closed permits, certificates of approval and approvals for any improvements made on the property.
- Record of any violations of the property.
-Anything regarding oil or septic tank
