Commissioner Carabelli, on behalf of the Appeals and Legislation Committee of the NJ Police Training Commission, moved and seconded a motion forwarding the appeal to the Office of Administrative Law. The motion was approved on Feb 7, 2021.
Please provide ALL records regarding this matter, not limited to complaint, rulings, final judgements. thank you
