Good afternoon.
Regarding your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request received by me
on Tueesday, March 10, 2020 requesting, "electronic copies of the January,
February and March 2020 legal bills from the law firm of Stein and Supsie
to the Lacey Township Board of Education with cover letter and voucher if
available", please find attached to this email the following records:

• 1 PDF entitled, "Stein and Supsie Invoice - January 2020"
• 1 PDF entitled, "Stein and Supsie Invoice - February 2020
(Redacted)"  

Regarding the February 2020 invoice, please note that as a public agency
this school district has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard
from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable
expectation of privacy. Therefore, the names of minor students were
redacted.
Regarding your request for the March 2020 invoice, please note that this
request is denied as no such record exists.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are being
transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the
cost associated with this request is $0.
