I appreciate your consideration of the following matter. Under OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access, I am requesting a current list of records for each of the following be delivered via e-mail:

1) All condemned properties
2) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
3) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
4) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
5) All properties with notices of abatement

Dear Ms. Meredith Tomczyk,

Thank you for your response. We will reach out to the MUA. Regarding the time period for violations, it would be helpful to get either:

1) Violations from 2018, 2019 and year-to-date through 2020, or;
2) Violations from the last 24 months for the the period ending 6/30/2020.

I'm not sure how the system is organized, so if you're able to do both, we would prefer option #2. We appreciate your help here.
