Attached please find resolution 24-218 authorizing the convening of an executive session.
In regard to a site plan application: This is only in the beginning phase and is being discussed with Mayor, Council, and the Borough Administrator.
It is more of an idea or speculation of what will be in that property right now, but there are no records responsive to your request yet. Below is the Redevelopment Attorney, Brian Nelson, who is also involved in this. You could reach out to him to see if he will give out any information.
