This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Site Plan and Development Application related to Application #24-005 regarding the public hearing scheduled for June 20, 2024. The property is located at 359 US Route 130 and designated as Block 57, Lots 9, 10 and 11. The property is owned by the applicant Katsifis Realty, LLC and Katsifis Family, LLC.
I am specifically interested in the final site plan that received a Resolution of Approval from the East Windsor Township Planning Board dated on November 20, 2023.
Agenda/minutes were not available on the Township's website.

The Township of East Windsor received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA
)request on 6/7/2024. As such, the seven (7) business days deadline to
respond to your request 6/18/2024.
