to release the agreements and the specific facts or totality of
circumstances behind an employees resignation and/or separation.    In
accordance with OPRA provision, namely NJSA 47:1A-10:  Personnel or
pension records not considered government records; exceptions.  This
provision provides in part:  Notwithstanding the provision of PL 1963, c.
73 (C.47:1Aet seq) or any other law to the contrary, the personnel or
pension records of any individual on the possession of a public agency,
including but not limited to records relating to any grievance filed by or
against an individual, shall not be considered a government record and
shall not be made available for public access, except that:  an
individual’s name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of
service, date of separation and the reason therefor; and the amount and
type of any pension received shall be a government record.

We have no information as it relates to his pension that is the NJ
Division of Pension and benefits.  I am not aware if he is
collectinghispension or not. That is between the employee and the State if
he ade application to do so.
