Please send all entered records of incident pertaining to police/fire/ems services for entry 22-21116
Please send copies of legal fees paid for services rendered for Borough retained attorneys in relation to:
Lakisha Thomas (LT)
Keith Koziatek (KK)
Matthew Grekoski (MG)
Jonathan Minacapelli (JM)
Joseph Guiamano (JG)
Please send copies of settlement agreements for the above mentioned individuals with the exception of Lakisha Thomas as you have already provided so.

Hello,
Please be advised that your request for all entered records of incident
pertaining to police/fire/ems for entry 22-21116 is overboard. A
requestor must specifically describe the document sought. Bent v.
Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). “As
such, a proper request under OPRA must identify with reasonable clarity
those documents that are desired, and a party cannot satisfy this
requirement by simply requesting all of an agency’s documents.” Bent v.
Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005).
Please provide clarification of your request concerning the documents you
are seeking so that the Borough may attempt to comply, including, but not
limited to clarification of the terms “entered records” and “entry
22-21116
Additionally, your request for copies of legal fees paid for services
rendered for the Borough retained attorney in relation to various
individuals is overbroad and requires research. Please provide
clarification of the records that you are requesting and the time period
or date range for the request.

Hello,
Please see attached the documents that are responsive to your OPRA
request.
Please note that that invoices for Kluger Healy- no records exist. There
are no settlement agreements for the mentioned individuals. L. Thomas
agreement was sent to you already.
Additionally, the attached invoices are the only invoices that the Borough
has for the cases mentioned below from Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro &
Murphy, P.C.
