Request for records related to Borough communications related to education
Dear Collingswood Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Please provide the following records:
Any and all communications since 2023 regarding the school district between the Borough of Collingswood, including elected and public officials, Borough employees and staff, contractors engaged by the Borough, and the following people:
Danielle Brown, Roger Chu, Matt Craig, Stacey DeMarco, Zakiya Devine, Eric Fieldman, Robin Hogan, Kelly Maia, John (Jack) McMullin, Meghan Mikulski, Scott Oswald, Michael Paolucci, Beth Ann Rodgers, Kate Seltzer, Sarah Sherman, and Maggie Zmijewski.
Any and all communications between James Maley and the Governor’s office, the NJ Department of Education, or Louis Greenwald regarding the Tax Levy Incentive Aid Program from 2025.
Any and all communications between James Maley and Camden County Diocese and The Good Shepherd financial board in regard to the purchase of Good Shepherd.
This request for email communications includes all responsive records to and from Commissioner Maley's professional email address -- [email address] -- when those emails were sent or received in the course of Commissioner Maley’s business as public official.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
