Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Any and all communications between James Maley and the Governor’s office, the NJ Department of Education, or Louis Greenwald regarding the Tax Levy Incentive Aid Program from 2025.
Any and all communications between James Maley and Camden County Diocese and The Good Shepherd financial board in regard to the purchase of Good Shepherd.

This request for email communications includes all responsive records to and from Commissioner Maley's professional email address -- [email address] -- when those emails were sent or received in the course of Commissioner Maley’s business as public official.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
