Thank you for your email in response to my inquiry. You had asked for clarification of my request. Thank you very much for the quick response. I was looking for the more comprehensive operational manual that includes the daily operating procedures which the county uses to carry out state election law. This would include, but not be limited to, operational procedures related to the conduct of elections; maintenance of voter rolls; acquisition, installation, maintenance and retirement of electronic election infrastructure; and procedures for training, overseeing and managing election personnel .
