Please provide copies of all open and closed building/construction department permits as well as any liens for property located at 645 Foothill Rd, Bridgewater Twp., NJ 08807 (Block 545, Lot 7) specifically noting any permits that are still open. Please include any and all inspections, approvals, violations.

We spoke earlier this week regarding this OPRA and I explained that there were two separate OPRA numbers that coincide with each section of your request. OPRA #24-217 was fulfilled by the Tax Collector regarding the liens. OPRA #24-216 was assigned to the Code department who will send you the open and closed permits for the property however they still have until February 14th to do so. Once they upload those documents onto Next Request, you will be able to see that information.
Also when we spoke, I had mentioned that I was going to close out the duplicate OPRA (#24-236) you submitted since it was the same request as #24-216 regarding the permits.
When you log onto Next Request, you should be able to see that two OPRA's are closed and one is still open.

Hi!
Thank you for the follow up. The website is not intuitive so when it continued to ask me to reply to the previous request despite the request coming from one initial entry, it led me to respond to ensure the request wouldn’t be lost.
I appreciate the clarification and the specifics regarding the claim numbers - I’m clear on the logistics now. I will hold off on any actions/replies within OPRA until after February 14th.
