Records requested: I wish to acquire the detailed meeting minutes from the Gloucester Township Planning board meeting which took place on Tuesday June 25, 2019.

It is my hope that these minutes will be approved expeditiously so that my request my be fulfilled promptly.

Good afternoon Ray,

As follow up to our conversation in reference to your OPRA request the CD
has been picked up, therefore the remaining portion of the request for the
meeting minutes has not been completed due to the fact the minutes have
not yet been approved. The minutes are scheduled for approval tomorrow
evening at the Planning Board Meeting. If you no longer want the minutes
please let our office know.  You will be contacted to let you know they
have been approved if in fact you still want them.
