The request is broad and unclear (“any”; “all”) and does not specifically identify the records sought, as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f). An OPRA request for correspondence must contain (1) the content and/or subject of the email and (2) a valid e-mail request must identify the sender and/or recipient thereof. Regarding your request for "Notifications of Investigations, from December 21, 2022 through September 7, 2023", Hainesport Township has no responsive documents. No known Notifications of Investigations exist. Such documents would presumably be served on the Clerk’s Office. The Township notes that it does receive blast communications from the Local Finance Board and the Department of Community Affairs regarding Local Finance Notices, available seminars, testing requirements, etc., however, the Township does not believe this is what you are seeking. If so, the State website makes that information readily available at https://www.nj.gov/dca/dlgs/index.shtml so no OPRA request is required.
